Adult Day Health Services provide social and recreational activities, health maintenance, medication administration, and wellness promotion to adults with physical and mental impairments in a pleasant, safe environment. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided daily. Transportation services are available within designated areas.
Adult Day Health Care provides a program of services for adults with Alzheimer’s/dementia who do not require 24-hour care, yet are not capable of full-time, independent living. The center offers a multi-disciplinary program designed to assist the individual to obtain his/her maximum level of health, prevent further disabilities, and provide respite for family members and caregivers.
