“This is a beautiful place not only to live but to
receive all the care I need under one roof
provided by all of the wonderful staff.”

I am a resident at FoltsBrook Senior Living. I first saw Jim Walczak in the Outpatient Therapy Department many years ago after hip replacement when I still lived in the community and owned my own home. When I needed to move in to the Senior Living Center I was happy to know when and if I needed therapy I could continue with Jim. When I was experiencing some back issues and my doctor was recommending surgery I asked if I could try physical therapy as an outpatient first. My doctor approved, and I knew just who to see; Jim Walczak.

He knew I did not want another surgery and he worked with me to get me out of a wheel chair and walking again. He is marvelous and a miracle worker! I never needed surgery and to this day I maintain my independence with no pain. He is understanding, compassionate, patient and extremely knowledgeable. This is a beautiful place not only to live but to receive all the care I need under one roof provided by all of the wonderful staff. I tell all my friends to come here!
